We have an opportunity for a freelancer to join our B2B marketing team to work on a project to create a compelling set of materials to support our sales teams.
We need a freelance marketer to come in and create a suite of sales materials for our B2B information brands. Materials required include sales presentations, pdf rate cards, technical specs etc outlining our range of solutions we can offer leading IT vendors for their advertising, lead generation and sponsorship programmes.
The placement would last for approx 3 weeks and would involve working in our offices in central London.
• Working closely with the marketing manager, publishing director and other key stakeholders to assist in creating brand messaging for IDG UK's B2B portfolio.
• Managing the creation of a multi-faceted set of promotional tools to convey the strengths and identity of the brands in the division.
• Create comprehensive and compelling set of sales support materials for our advertising, events and lead generation products, including presentations and media kits.

• Hand over materials to in house marketing team at end of the project for them to keep up to date as info changes and as new products solutions are launched etc.
This job is briefed on a project basis so we are estimating duration of 3 weeks based on spending a few days getting to grips with the team and the brands and then a couple of weeks to compile the material and brief the designer.
If things work out there is the opportunity for future jobs, either as a possible permanent employee or for future freelance assignments. We are a small team but we are looking to build relationships with freelancers who can come in and help with specific projects when we get busy. So there is the possibility for future work….
Timing: ideally to start week commencing 26th July 2010.
